UI design - Pet adoption application
Mid-fidelity design
The purpose of the application is to present a database with dogs and cats for adoption. Each pet has a profile page with birth, breed, location, etc. data. Based on this data, you can get to know them and, even if the adoption does not take place, dog and cat lovers can support the shelter and donate. On the entry screen, the user can choose which pet they are looking for, and can search based on different criteria. You can place the result in your favorites or support the shelter with money.
Moodboard
The application is for adoption of pets and donation. There are plenty of pets wishing to have an owner. I designed the app so it can help to find our new pet. The owners wish to have a sweet, cute, playful body, a best friend, with we can find our powder colored happiness. I looked images and colors for the mood board, which helps to feel that way.
Screens
I chose the iPhone 13 mini as the frame. I paid attention to equal and consistent distances, avoiding crowding on the screens. I applied auto layout.
Prototyping
By designing the screens I considered white spaces and consistency to avoid a busy layout, in order it is easy to use.
